The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.
SASSA will be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency claimed it can be alarmed in regards to the significant quantity of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“That is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The provider website level produced for intervention encounters a large inflow of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it difficult with the office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to allow the servicing of all buyers and enhance entry to Social Assistance products SRD and services,” the agency said.
